How much is shipping?

FREE! All shipping costs are included with your order. Whether you order 1 or multiple stickers, your shipping costs are ZERO.

How does your shipping work?

We love the USPS!

By design, and in full support and appreciation of the USPS, we ONLY ship via USPS First Class mail. The USPS does an amazing job reaching nearly 160 million addresses per day, 6 days a week. First Class mail is reliable, fast and provides return service in case it can't be delivered.

Typical delivery will take 3-4 days.

When will my order ship?

We constantly strive that you receive your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

Can I get expedited shipping?

We're exited that you would like to receive your product as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is not currently offered. If more customers inquire about it, we'd consider it. It would then absolutely be using the USPS express mail. Drop us a note via the Contact us form.

 

Payment/Order related questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. We use Shopify for our e-commerce, and they are as secure as you can get.

What happens if I provided incorrect/incomplete address information?

If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we'll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don't catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. Drop us a note via the Contact us form.

If the order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or because it could not be delivered unclaimed, we can resend it to your confirmed correct address for a nominal fee.

Can I change an order I just placed?

We can usually adjust your order up to 8 hours after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as you realize a change needs to be made.

We will try to get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends), and let you know if the change can be made. Drop us a note via the Contact us form.

Can I cancel my order?

If you contact us within 3 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it. Ifit has already shipped, please contact us for a return for a full refund (minus the shipping costs). Contact us a on the Contact us form.

Can I exchange or return the product after receiving it?

See above 'Cancel my order'.
